1. We have a strong relationship with our bandwidth and facility partners. The root of our systems are located at Equinix and Switch and Data facilities. This gives us the ability to get the best quality bandwidth at the lowest possible pricing. This also puts our systems on the Internet's backbone world wide.
2. We choose our products and pricing carefully. We know that we have a huge client base so we market our products with that in mind. We like to consider ourselves the wholesale club of Internet services. We try to offer "everyone the lowest price".
3. We constantly monitor our services from multiple networks around the world to make sure that they are not only reachable, but they are also functional. This helps reduce and budget support costs by finding potential issues before our users do.
4. We understand that small businesses like to grow with a company. We market our products with huge quotas so companies have room for growth. If you help a small business grow, that is a company that will stay with you. Because of this we have a very large retention rate (saves on marketing costs).
5. Everything renews at the same time. No matter when you purchase a product all of your services expire at the same time. This means that if you purchase something in the middle of the year it will be pro-rated. This saves on numerous transaction fees during the numerous renewals.

9. Phone Support is optional. 99% of our users understand DNS and know how DNS and email services work together. Our users tend to have years of experience but just need quality and secure services to use. Because of this 99% of our users do not need expensive 24/7 phone support built into their fees. This can be purchased optionally however (still a fraction of any competitors fees).
10. We hire the best of the best. We only hire employees that have the knowledge to contribute immediately, not 3 to 5 years from now. We do not hire based on the an employee's potential. Our office motto for new employees is "Your potential starts now."
11. We run a very tight and precise shop with no frills (like the $6000 office chairs and hourly parties of the dot-coms / dot-bombs).
12. Simple pricing that is easy to understand. None of our sales engineers get paid on commissions so you get the honest and best pricing up front. We do not have several commission levels that you have to bargain down. All users get the best possible price. This allows us to save time and sell to volume.
13. We buy all of our services in bulk (servers, bandwidth, colocation, etc.) so we can pass the savings to you.
